If you are new to fitness, looking to start up after a long lay-off or on the mend after an injury or surgery, this is the program for you. You will work with a professional personal trainer to help you get on track toward your fitness goals. Using functional training techniques we will help you improve your muscular strength, joint stability, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and core strength. This program is a great way to jump start your fitness!!

Lose the extra pounds while dramatically improving your overall fitness. We will teach your body to burn fat more efficiently by sparking your metabolism. We will do this with a combination of strength training; heart rate based cardiovascular training and nutrition planning. We will monitor your progress with monthly assessments and make changes to your program in order avoid plateaus.

Select Fitness Performance Training utilizes a combination of strength training, plyometrics, and functional training to take you to the next level.

Nutrition Counseling
We work closely with you on a food journal to aid in your weight loss and help you achieve your fitness goals.
One-On-One Training
We work individually with you to help you achieve your fitness goals with personalized training and nutrition counseling.
Marathon Training
We work to improve your core strength, functional strength and flexibility to help prevent injury and muscle imbalances during training.
Corporate Training / Seminars
Our personal trainers educate your employees on the benefits of fitness and nutrition. Along with a series of demonstrations on different exercise methods (core strength, functional exercise and flexibility). We offer *Corporate training rates*.
Cardio Training (1-on-1 or Group)
(30-60 min)
Our trainers work with you one-on-one or in group training and focus on optimal heart rate ranges to help you burn fat and increase aerobic endurance.
Pregnancy/Post Pregnancy Training
We will help you exercise in a safe and effective manner during and after pregnancy. We focus on low impact exercise increasing overall fitness for the health of you and your baby.
Post Rehab Training
Our professional personal trainers work within the recommendations of your physical therapist, doctor or chiropractor to help you advance in your recovery from muscle, bone, joint, or other injuries and surgeries.
Sport Specific Training (1-on-1 or Team)
Work one-on-one with a qualified Select Fitness trainer or with your teammates. Increase strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility by combining sport specific movements with strength, plyometric, and functional training.
Group Training
Group training is not only fun, but also very motivating! At Select Fitness you can form a small group of your own with family, friends or co-workers or you can request to be placed in a small group based on your level of ability. Led by one of our professional trainers, your workout consists of high intensity circuit training, typically in groups of 3 to 5 people.
Buddy/Couple Training (2 People)
(2 people) - Train with a friend or spouse and achieve your goals together. Motivate each other through rigorous work outs and keep each other accountable.
