Jeremiah Rangel - Personal Trainer

Jeremiah is a nationally certified personal trainer through ACE and attended the Meta Institute to become a Therapeutic Coach.  He has been working in the fitness industry for 10 years.  He has experience training professional, college and high school athletes.  He has worked as a community education fitness coordinator.  Jeremiah is a core specialist and uses innovative techniques to get the most out of every client.  He recently spent time in India studying advanced energy healing.
