Tessa Belker - Personal Trainer

"Our body is made for movement"

Tessa is a nationally certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a cardio specialist. She has been working in the fitness industry for over 8 years. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Health Leisure and Sports Studies.

As a lifelong athlete she found a love for fitness. She has trained people of all ages and ability levels for sports such as, volleyball, basketball, softball, track, gymnastics, marathons, and triathalons.
